i am doing the different Vitamin C content in fruits experiment as an investigation, i am intending to used titration with iodine as one method but am stuck on others. I keep finding references to titration with NBS and DCPIP and colorimetry with DCPIP but i am struggling to find a method is there any you could give me? or a reference where i wil be able to find them? please i really need your help
