I found out that I have a this error relocation when I run a computer online game that has GameGuard. Then a error message appeared and it says:
The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not rum properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\Shell32.dll occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs. the vendpr supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
And after I clicked OK, there's another error message popped up. The message is quite the same but the only difference is the "C:\WINDOWS\System32\HHCTRL.ocx"
All applications are quite fine -- such as Microsoft Office, iTunes, Adobe Photoshop, etc -- only the games I played with GameGuard are not working properly. I actually played the game before I shut down my computer, then before it completely shut down, the windows update is installing. Then the next morning, error messages are keep on popping.
Pls help.
I really look forward for replies.

It is an easy fix :)
Reply:Contact the manufacturer of GameGuard and have them send you out another version or download extra drivers. The version that you have is bad.
Reply:just download this file

Reply:if you ever defragment your hard dive there are some files that have a very spicific location on your hard drive and windows only knows where on the hard drive to find it. You have moved (or something has moved) these dll files (which windows needs to run. Try reinstalling windows form the disk then it can find the dll files is missing
Reply:The first thing to do is to boot up, no go to run and type in CMD, if this doesnt open then go to programs%26gt;%26gt;acc%26gt;%26gt;command prompt. now once its opened, type "CHKDSK" let that run. most of the time it requires you to reboot and it will run again when finished, then boot up and try and update the game.. if it still does this, you need to either uninstall, and reinstall or contact the maker of the game for tech support. It sounds like there is a system error on handling the DLL file, but sometimes you do get bad games.. one thing to remember is if it was a game downloaded of the net there is a good chance you got something more than just a game during download or it is a hacked copy of the game causing the problem. If its not and its a disk, then its going to be in the system handing... There is a slim chance that the c.d. game has a bad file that was not made correctly or is corrupt but the chances are very slim.
